BOOKING POLICY

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all bookings for Midnight Ballerina. This fee ensures your date and time are reserved exclusively and confirms commitment from both parties.

Booking Fee Details:

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking

• Remaining balance must be paid 24–48 hours before the scheduled event

• No performance or appearance will take place until full payment is received

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

• Booking fees are non-refundable under all circumstances

• One reschedule is permitted if requested at least 48 hours in advance

• Last-minute cancellations or no-shows will result in full forfeiture of payment
